a. When you obtain a digital product through Etsy, Gumroad, or another linked platform, your license and rights are governed by the terms listed there.

b. Unless otherwise specified, digital products purchased grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for:

• i. Personal use, or
• ii. Commercial use up to 1000 units (physical or digital end-products).

c. For commercial use beyond 1000 units, you must obtain an extended license available through our Etsy shop.

d. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or claim any product or Content as your own.

5. Third-Party Platforms

a. Purchases, payments, refunds, and licensing terms are governed by the policies of Etsy, Gumroad, or any other third-party platform where transactions take place.

b. We are not responsible for technical issues, disputes, or damages arising from use of these platforms.

c. Before purchasing, please review the terms of the relevant platform carefully.

a. The Site and its Content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees about the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Site.
